World Union is seeking for Sales Engineer - Rock Tools World Union, a leading global supplier of DTH equipments and tools, service and technical solutions for the drilling & mining industry. Key Performance Area: 1.The Territory Sales Manager/Engineer is responsible for the product’s regional sales. 2.Responsible for the customer satisfaction and equipment performance over its lifetime. 3.Keep up to date in relation to competitor product development and competitor product performance. 4.Build strong relationships with customers and local partners. 5.Assist with the compilation of tender documentation, pricing strategies, and the supply of marketing material. 6.Visit customers in conjunction with the support team to provide in depth product knowledge. This will include developing direct customer relationships with clients and to help the aftermarket teams to trouble shoot technical problems. 7.Provide regular feedback to TH/DTH business Manager.
