CJ GLS Hong Kong Limited is one of the most reputable Korea Freight Forwarding Company in Hong Kong. To support our rapid business growth, we are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position in our Tsuen Wan office:

Air Export Operation Clerk (Tsuen Wan, Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

·         Shipment coordination and daily communication with internal departments and overseas offices

·         Issue debit note, handle full set Air Export documents and filing

·         Shipment Status Track & Trace with Customer & Warehouse

• Handling full set document

·         Daily Operation

(Check & reply email, Data entry, prepare & sending pre-alerts, issue debit note, customs declaration etc.)

Requirement:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above (fresh graduates will be considered)
• Customer focus with excellent comm
